About me

I’m Bhat Mohsin, an undergraduate Computational Biologist and Biochemist exploring how molecular biology integrates with coding and machine learning. My work bridges wet-lab experimentation and computational modeling, focusing on translating complex biological data into actionable insights. I’m deeply interested in neuroimmunology, microbiome research, and stress induced neuroinflammation, and currently working on projects investigating microbiome brain ,immune interactions and the molecular mechanisms connecting neural and immune pathways.

    Working on projects exploring the intersection of neuroimmunology and the gut microbiome axis, focusing on molecular mechanisms underlying stress induced neuroinflammation. My primary responsibilities include performing PCR, Western blotting, electrophoresis, and other biochemical assays for molecular analysis, alongside developing custom Python scripts to automate and analyze experimental data. Additionally, I manage bioinformatics workflows using tools such as BLAST, QIIME and PyMOL, and contribute to designing small scale computational models that integrate biological datasets for predictive insights

    Founded CusNotes, an open-source, non-profit platform with 10,000+ monthly users, providing students with easy access to study materials.
    This project helped me gain experience in marketing, SEO, and team management.
