About me
I’m Bhat Mohsin, an undergraduate Computational Biologist and Biochemist exploring how molecular biology integrates with coding and machine learning. My work bridges wet-lab experimentation and computational modeling, focusing on translating complex biological data into actionable insights. I’m deeply interested in neuroimmunology, microbiome research, and stress induced neuroinflammation, and currently working on projects investigating microbiome brain ,immune interactions and the molecular mechanisms connecting neural and immune pathways.
Current Intrests
-
Computational Biology and AI
Building ML-powered pipelines for biological data analysis, from protein and enzyme optimization to reaction prediction, and experimenting with fine tuned LLMs for research automation.
-
Neuroimmunology and Microbiome
Deeply Intrested in Microbiota-Gut-Brain (MGB) axis, specifically investigating how microbial composition modulates neurobehavioral outcomes and influences neuroimmunological pathways
-
Coding and Linux
Python developer & Linux Geek. I use Python for everything from automation , Visualisation to AI. In my free time I’m constantly learning by tinkering with my Linux setup which usually involves breaking it and fixing it again.

Biochemical Assays and Experiments
I’m hooked on wet lab work. Whether it’s running Western blots, handling bacterial cultures, or watching chemical assays react, I love the tangible side of science. I focus heavily on honing these manual skills to ensure the data I generate is as clean and accurate as possible
